Two borders, one plan
The Kigali run crosses two borders: Kenya–Uganda at Malaba or Busia, then Uganda–Rwanda at Katuna/Gatuna. After Kampala the road heads south-west through Masaka and Mbarara into the hills of south-western Uganda before entering Rwanda.
We prepare the documents for both crossings before the truck leaves Mombasa, so time at the border is spent on checks, not paperwork.
Northern or Central Corridor?
Kigali can also be reached from Dar es Salaam through the Rusumo border. Which corridor is better depends on where your cargo lands and how quickly each port is clearing. See Dar es Salaam to Kigali.
