Stonefield Networks Limited ("we", "us") is a logistics company based in Kenya. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, and information about your cargo (pick-up point, destination, type and weight).
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to keep an unfinished quote form, and only on your device.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange and deliver your cargo, and keep records required by law. Our lawful bases are your consent and the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the people who help us move your cargo, such as clearing agents, shipping lines and border authorities. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for up to 24 months and transaction records for as long as Kenyan tax and customs law requires.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
